2.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active bedjdb Account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts — whether for the purpose of circumventing a suspension, abusing bonuses, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information. 3.1 KYC Process. bedjdb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, confirm player identity, and verify age. All Players may be required to complete the KYC process before withdrawing funds or, at bedjdb's discretion, at any point during the operation of their Account.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bedjdb Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
8.1 Ownership. Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited. bedjdb will process Account closure requests within 5 business days.
11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination — whether by bedjdb or the Player — the Player's right to access the Platform immediately ceases. In any event, bedjdb's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total real-money deposits made by the Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ৳10,000.
12.4 Third-Party Services. bedjdb is not liable for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party services integrated into the Platform, including Game Providers, payment processors, and data networks.
